Find a smtp server to send out emails

Hi, This problem is not caused by mailman, but I still want to give it a shot here. I'm hosting a mailing list on top of mailman3. Emails are supposed to be sent out by AWS ses. However, ses requires that sender address must be verified, which leads to a problem that emails sent by subscribers to mailing list cannot be sent to other subcirbers, since their addresses are not verified. And it is impossible to verified every subscriber. Are there smtp service providers allowing unverified email address to send out emails, or do I have other solutions? Thanks. -- Best wishes, Leon

[MM3-users]Is it possible to grant all users the ability to Create List

Hello, Our company is evaluating mailman3 as an option for company internal list serving. One of the requirements is that anyone with access to the list server be allowed to create and manage lists. Is this possible? If so, how? Is there a "create list" role that can be added for all registered users? Thanks

MM3 shunting mails

I'm running a Mailman 3.1.0 installation on a CentOS 7 machine. Using RPMs from https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/abompard/hyperkitty/el-7/x86_64/ I do have problems with some lists occasionally going into some kind of shunt mode, where alla mails sent to them gets shunted. If I dump one of the pickles using qfile I cannot see any complaints. Most of the times, if I remove and recreate a failing list and run unshunt the shunted emails get processed and sent. Hi, I have of course activated password login as it was not possible to get the provider based logins to work (might be but not worth the time for me right now). Is there any way for an user to request a new password when it is forgotten? I presume that the Persona login is removed now. I cannot hide it in my version or at least I do not know how. cheers // David

How to set up mailman 3

Hi. I have tried and failed to set up mailman 3 using the mailman_bundle. I get the mailman3 server running correctly, but the problem is the extremely sensitive web user interface... Now when I found this mail list I understand that mailman bundle is depricated and that I must restart from scratch. Is this true? This annoys me quite a lot, can someone responsible within the project please mark the deprecated package as such? Almost none of the documentation is completely correct. It is useful but very incomplete. The mailman_bundle generated configuration examples for e.g. apache simply is wrong or incomplete. That said I got it running using http only, but when I switched to HTTPS the login simply ceased working. I use password+username as the other solution is quite complicated to get running. I could of course switch to e.g. google login, but that would require at least some documentation on how to do that. So, is there any documentation on how to use mailman 3? The error I get now is "Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive." I know that I enter the correct password as it worked before I added HTTPS. Sorry for the rant, but I am very annoyed by this. I just need a mail list server that works and thought it would be very neat to run mailman3 after running a hoste mailman2 for many years.
