This says Postfix received a RCPT command from 98.199.98.177. It looks like it comes from Mailman, i.e., the envelope sender loogs like a Mailman VERPed address <booh-bounces+csgeek=domain.com(a)lists.domain.org> for a message to <csgeek(a)domain.com> and that is the envelope recipient and the sender identified itself in EHLO as [127.0.1.1]. So Postfix thinks it is asked to relay from 98.199.98.177 to domain.com. Note that 98.199.98.177 is a Comcast network IP. It has nothing to do with gmail. So is the connect comes from Mailman on the Postfix machine, why does Postfix think it comes from 98.199.98.177. It is only a directory that contains among other things a bin/ directory with activate scripts and easy_install, python, pip and wheel commands. When you activate a virtualenv in your shell, all it really does is add a deactivate command, modify the command prompt and insert its bin/ directory at the beginning of its PATH. I have both Google and Facebook OAuth2 login working and advertised along with Persona on the login page. I have removed Yahoo from the login page because we don't yet have DMARC mitigations and I don't want to encourage Yahoo addresses. Twitter OAuth2 almost works, but it doesn't return email address. Rumor has it you can't get email from Twitter, so it can't work. Things that need to be fixed soon in core are confirmation required for email unsubscribe <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/issues/213> and DMARC mitigations, but I think we can open it up and announce it. It is not clear what is invoking /usr/lib/python2.7/httplib.py, but if it is Mailman core, something is seriously amiss in the way it's installed. One thing to note is the bounce messages coming in from Gmail are being generated by Office 365 (as that is the outbound smarthost for the Mailman server), so it may be due to the format of those NDRs why we aren't seeing the original bounce messages attached to the email. So as I understand it, Office 365 is sending the mail to the gmail recipient which is presumably rejecting the mail at SMTP with a 5xx status. Does Office 365 report the failure to Mailman with a failure status at SMTP time or later with an emailed DSN. If the former, there should be log messages in Mailman's smtp.log indicating the number of failures '$msgid post to $listname from $sender, $size bytes, $refused failures' and the reason for each '$msgid delivery to $recip failed with code $smtpcode, $smtpmsg'. Also, we create a fake DSN. See https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/blame/master/src/mailman/runners/outgo… If the latter we have the DSN from Office 365. In either case, the DSN should be attached to the notice.
