I've just made a test creating a user in postorius to change an address that already has a suscription (from mailman 2.1). It's a test address with the digest enabled to be aware from any problem in the digest sending messages (e.g. I had to change all digest addresses to mime whe I did the migration from 2.1) The fact is that I cannot find from which template or Weblate term chains it could be from, and the address confirmation email is a language mix in spanish and english. I copy it down. I would like to translate it all, but as said, I cannot find where to do it. I wonder if it's comes from another package as allauth or something like this. I am interested in your docr instructions. I don't use postfix, instead I use sendmail, but I think I can figure that out, but I have been having lots of problems installing without docr, and I do have apache, so this would be great. Send off list if you think that would not be of general use. Hi. I just received the same error this evening when rebuilding Mailman3 on a new Debian 11 instal. There is a later version of Django on the new install. I got the original settings from the Mailman-Suite Gitlab project. I have made the modification but does this need to be made in that Gitlab project as well as that is where a lot of folks are getting their base Settings.py from? Thanks. We have noticed similar slowness when importing/creating/deleting lists. We have ~2600 lists and the bottleneck does seem to be the MTA alias code that reads from backend (sorts by domain and then listnames?) and subsequently writes the (lmtp,vmap,etc) files. We're running AWS aurora serverless DB on the backend and have split core/web hosts. Our setup is a bit different than most on this list probably, but for now we've resorted to setting: incoming: mailman.mta.null.NullMTA on the web boxes (not core) and actually rebuild the aliases every X minutes (X=15 for now) in a rundeck job. Testing the creation/deletion of lists now take ~5 seconds vs 3+minutes when Mailman was trying to re-generate the aliases on every create/delete.
