There is a Spanish message catalog as evidenced by the fact that the reason was translated to Spanish, but the issue is almost certainly that there is no mailman/templates/es/list:user:notice:post.txt template so we fall back to the one for the list's language. Note that prior to Mailman 3.3.5rc1 there are lots of missing templates and in particular, the 3.3.4 Spanish templates were incorrectly named with `_` rather than `:` in the names. Templates are actually translated in the message catalogs via weblate, but these translations weren't installed in the appropriate templates/ directory.
