In conjunction with this, there will be some time beginning around 16:30 UTC and continuing for about an hour when lists.mailman3.org, www.list.org and wiki.list.org will be unavailable. During this down time, mail to <mailman-users(a)mailman3.org> should be queued in the respective MTAs and delivered when service is restored.
