For a list member or list admin, the answer is generally No. If the user's delivery is disabled by bounce, the user or list admin can set it enabled in Postorius, but that's it. A site admin can see these things via `mailman shell`. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Dylan

You can do it with a `mailman shell` script. Something like ``` >>> for mlist in getUtility(IListManager).mailing_lists: ... for archiver in IListArchiverSet(mlist).archivers: ... if archiver.name == 'prototype': ... archiver.is_enabled = True ... >>> commit() ``` -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. [MM3-users] Re: How to secure LMTP transport?

by Mark Sapiro

On 6/30/21 5:04 AM, Adam Minski wrote: > Hello, > > what is recommended to secure traffic to LMTP port 8024 by SSL/TLS? Mailman's LMTP runner used the aiosmtpd package to support LMTP. See https://aiosmtpd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/smtp.html#enabling-starttls for documentation of how to support TLS. You would have to modify mailman/runners/lmtp.py. We would consider an appropriate merge request at <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/merge_requests>. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. What's in the [database] section of your mailman.cfg? and the DATABASES definition of your Django local settings. The database is managed by some database manager. If it is Postgres or MySQL/MariaDB, there are actual database servers. If it is the default SQLite, it's probably Mailman's var/data/mailman.db -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. As Abhilash said, Mailman 3 accepts regexps in accept_these_nonmembers for whitelisting domains.
