Assuming the message is accepted by the user's MX, the user can check a spam/bulk/junk folder and if the messages aren't there, complain to their ISP about messages being silently discarded. Your log entries showing the message successfully delivered to the MX can provide evidence. Other than that, you need to ensure that your outgoing messages are DKIM signed, and that your outgoing MTA server has full circle DNS <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forward-confirmed_reverse_DNS>. You need to apply DMARC mitigations. Normally mitigations are only applied if the From: domain publishes DMARC p=reject or p=quarantine, but recently this has become problematic. For example, gmail.com pubpishes DMARC p=none yet google servers effectively apply p=reject to mail From: gmail.com. Mailman >= 3.3.9 and Postorius >= 1.3.9 allow setting dmarc_addresses to a list of email addresses and regexps matching addresses and domains to which DMARC mitigatations will be applied regardless of puublished policy. I **think** you may have something like location /static/ { alias /opt/mailman/web/static/; } in nginx on cloudflare, but since cloudflare is not the Mailman server, /opt/mailman/web/static/ doesn't exist there. I can't be sure on how to configure this without knowing the details of how requests get from cloudflare to mm3-lists.kictanet.or.ke and from there to the wsgi server. Not really. In Postorius 1.3.6 there is a `Users` view that will display users and their create date and it is ordered by create date. Then each user's entry has a `Manage` button which goes to a page which among other things, lists their subsubscriptions. And to what REST endpoint did you post the display_name? The bottom line is a user can have multiple display names. Each user has a User record with a display_name attribute, one or more 'addresses', one of which is it's preferred_address. Each one of the addresses is an Address record with it's own email address and display_name. Now, a member of a list can be either a User or an Address. The NotLockedError is most likely because a lock has been set with a lifetime and its lifetime has passed and some other process has broken the lock before the original process tries to unlock it. This probably has something to do with the long times to do start/restart. However, the only lock that should be involved is the master lock set by the master watcher, so I don't really understand what might be happening. I think you mean GitLab, but in any case, the reason for this is you have to be in that directory for the mailman command to find your mailman.cfg file.
