You should be reporting these issues (this and the migrations issue) to Debian. [MM3-users] Re: Should I try to install mailman3 on Kubuntu 20.04?

Yes, this works well using the virtualenv install procedure at https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html The people who have trouble are mostly those trying to install the Debian/Ubuntu packages via apt. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Is there anything relevant in mailman.log? Are there messages in Mailman's shunt queue?. The fact that the message is archived means the issue is either in mailman/handlers/to_outgoing.py or mailman/runners/outgoing.py -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. I don't think that's the case here. The issue is with SMTP from Django to Postfix, not with SMTP from Postfix. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. [MM3-users] Re: Add domain to Mailman, can't create list with that new domain

by Mark Sapiro

> > One quick question. When I run the "mailman create mailman(a)mydomain.com --owner=admin(a)mydomain.com" command, it implicitly adds a domain to Mailman 3. Is it the create command which does that, or the fact that I'm passing the --owner flag? It is the create command itself. If the domain of the created list is not currently known it will be registered unless the -D/--no-domain option is given. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B.
