I think it's quite likely that that migration is involved and your database is now corrupted in some way. Email to list owner on list creation only sent when using mailman create --notify command

Hi, This is only a minor issue, however as a nicety for new list owners I am hoping there is work around or something I have missed. I have the following file: templates/domains/<fqdn_listname/en/domain:admin:notice:new-list.txt When I use the mailman create command with the --notify option the new owners receives an email with the correct template info from the above file. However when I use mailmanclient python bindings or Postorius to create an list, there is no email sent. Is there an option to include a notify option when using mailmanclient or the API direct perhaps ? Or even maybe a way to trigger a notification manually at some point once the list is completely setup including both short and long descriptions ? Thank you. Regards, Perry

Mass subscription and Delivery mode/status

Hello all, we run a venv installation of "mailman postorius django-mailman3 hyperkitty mailman-web". When I mass subscribe (pre-verified) a new mail address into a list, the Delivery mode appears as Regular in /mailman3/lists/somelist.example.com/members/member/ That is what I expect. When I click on the new mail address from there, i.e. mailman3/lists/somelist.example.com/members/options/eimer@mail.org?role=mem… the Delivery status is ----- instead of Enabled and the Delivery mode is ----- instead of Regular. In fact, all yes/no radio buttons are unset. This is unexpected. What does ----- mean in that case? Is it unset and some default (from the list?) is used? After thinking another round about it: Is the view mailman3/lists/somelist.example.com/members/options/eimer@mail.org?role=mem… only filled with values, when somebody (member, list owner or admin) actively set values and unfilled otherwise? -- Mit freundlichen Gruessen, Andreas Vetter

Telling Mailman/Hyperkitty where sass is

Hi all, Another issue that's cropped up when I am trying to run Mailman 3 on apache. I've downloaded and installed Mailman core, Django, Postorius & Hyperkitty. I'm using the mailman-suite django project from https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman-suite/tree/master <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman-suite/tree/master>. When I run the site using Django's development server everything works. However when I run the site from apache it's not finding sass. Specifically I'm getting errors like: FilterError at /accounts/login/ /bin/sh: sass: command not found I triple checked that sass is installed which sass /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/sass /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/ is in $PATH when I checked that and I was thinking that it maybe wasn't getting to python properly. However pprint(sys.path) contains the same items whether I start the site from the dev server or apache. Any pointers would be appreciated. -Erin
