Brian installed my instance. Now its broken. My lists are down. I'm getting nowhere with diagnostics and troubleshooting (which was easier with mailman 2).
I'm considering a new install, hence the question.

It should be, except possibly for configuring new features added since he last updated that document. But there aren't that many of those.

What's broken? Postorius, Hyperkitty, mail delivery, all of them? Do you find any clues in the logs at /opt/mailman/mm/var/logs/? Particularly mailman.log for core and mailmansuite.log for Postorius and Hyperkitty.
We will try to help if we have information to help identify the problem.

mailman.log is showing this:

Where do those entries go?
