hi all,
i have an old mailman3 instance (3.2.1), and would like to migrate it's lists and archives to a new instance (3.3.8) on a different host. for various reasons, i don't think i am able to upgrade the old instance in-place.
unfortunately, i haven't found any documentation on how to proceed.
there *is* documentation about migrating MM2 to MM3; and my understanding is that mailman-web migrate can be used to upgrade a given MM3 instance to a new version.
but how can i export an entire MM3 list (including 20 years of archives) to some serialization format, and import it again in another instance?

PS: (again) I'm resending this message, as the one i sent yesterday seems to have vanished (i *did* check the archvies). i have no clue why this happens, as i can post via the webinterface just fine (only when using my trusted MUA they just vanish).
