You have an incompatible configuration. django.http.multipartparser.parse_header was removed in Django 4.2. See https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/5.1/releases/4.2/#miscellaneous
Your version of djangorestframework is incompatible with Django>=4.2. Try in your venv
pip install --upgrade djangorestframework
