Note that the "5.7.1" code is defined in the SMTP protocol to mean "Mail rejected due to policy", but the comment is not part of the definition. Since 5.7.1 is a generic policy reject, it's often used for spam-filter-related rejects. If "no subscription by email" is a documented policy, or you don't mind people knowing about it, you may want to change the comment to something like "This list does not allow subscription by email". That lets your users know that you don't think they're spammers.
