It's reported occasionally. This is automated pattern recognition doing its thing: these notifications *do* present very similar content *repeatedly* and *are* sent by a bot, and the algorithms figure that out quickly. Make sure the site DKIM signs its outgoing mail and whitelist the site, or whitelist the bot's address.
