No, I'm using Django 1.9.9. I suppose that means it will quit working if I upgrade to Django 1.10.
So, I updated my urls to
url(r'^$', RedirectView.as_view(url=reverse_lazy('hk_root'))),and updated the attached files at <https://wiki.list.org/DOC/Mailman%203%20installation%20experience>.
