I've tried
pip install postorius, as well as the latest version, cloning andpip install -e .. I've tried with multiple python versions, all with the results: ModuleNotFoundError. Here's highlights of one example:

The above method is universal across all OSes.
And with it, it will be easier for most of us to help you. We don't even have to think about your OS if you follow the above method :)
