Mailman 3 itself does not know anything about web authentication. Those are services provided by Django[1]. While if you are lucky, somebody here may be able to help you, you are likely to get faster and better help in Django channels.
Footnotes: [1] I'm assuming you are referring to the LDAP configuration in the settings.py you posted. If not, it might be provided by the webserver itself (usually Apache or nginx). That also is out of scope for this list.
