Is there a way to access the 3.3.10 version, or older versions in general? Not really, but the current docs at https://docs.list.org/ should apply to older versions in general. In cases of doubt you can check the change log at https://docs.mailman3.org/projects/mailman/en/latest/src/mailman/docs/NEWS.h... to see if a particular doc references something changed in 3.3.11b1.
