Brian, When I was seeing this, new lists weren't showing in HyperKitty. I was migrating from 2.1, so they were all new lists and was preventing HyperKitty from functioning. I had to drop the constraint to get the lists in. None of them have a description now. Was this working for you in the past? If so, did you do any updates recently? Especially if Convert HTML to plain is also yes, we want to preserve the HTML part and convert it, don't we? It appears that my installation predates the mailman-web package, as I don't have it installed. But if I understand the docs correctly, it serves to take care of the django-admin commands for migration, static files, js/css compression, etc. So I think I don't need to do anything special (like add mailman-web), except a database migration after the upgrades.
