I think you should find things in /opt/mailman/ in the Docker container. However, none of the tracebacks you've posted in this thread appear to be from a Docker instance. I would backup all of Mailman's var/ directory. Additionally, I would backup the directory where Haystack's backend search engine stores its indices.
