Yes, this is an outlook thing, but you do have some control. See the FAQ article at <https://wiki.list.org/x/4030707> for a more detailed explanation, but the issue is that after any content filtering has been applied, the message is still multipart so Mailman adds the footer as a separate MIME text/plain part at the end of the message. You can avoid this by doing heavy content filtering on the messages. Namely, accept only multipart, text/plain and text/html, collapse alternatives and convert html to plain text. Note that some of this involves updating the list's pass_types which is not exposed in Postorius before 1.3.3 which is not yet released. > 2. Hi, Marik! I realized that I had two variables in settings.py where the domains is listed, and one of them had a preceding https. I've now followed the documentation for configuring Apache here: https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#apache-configur…. I want both domains to start mailman3 when contacting example1.com/mailman3 and example2.com/mailman3. I have the sam configuration in both virtualhost section in Apache. For example1.com/mailman3, it works perfectly. For example2.com/mailman3 however, the browser (elinks), reports Host not found: example2.commailman3 e.g. without a slash after the domain name. What could cause this to happen? That said, we are working on packaging for a more turn-key installation, but we aren't there yet. I've installed a couple of instances including the one at lists.mailman3.org, and it does require extra work. Some of the work in my case is because I want to run all the Mailman pieces from the heads of their branches rather than what's in PyPI, but even without that, installation is significantly more work than installing a distro's package. I will be writing up my experiences, but that's not done yet either. I will say that once you have Mailman 3 installed and running, updating (which I do frequently, but which doesn't need to be done unless you want specific updates/fixes) is pretty easy. We make releases when we feel enough change has been accumulated to warrant on or when there is a serious issue to fix. The heads of the gitlab branches are generally usable. There was actually a situation briefly where the mailman-hyperkitty changes for this issue were merged before the HyperKitty changes. See https://gitlab.com/mailman/hyperkitty/-/merge_requests/354#note_693162778 but situations like this are rare.
