This should be accomplished by Mailman core running all the necessary migrations in mailman/database/alembic/versions/. For some reason, alembic's MigrationContext thinks the migrations have been run, but they haven't. In the `mailman` database, the alembic_version table has the version_num of the putative current version. The migration that added alias_domain is dfe82cf73702_add_alias_domain.py. If there is no alias_domain column in the domain table, alembic_version.version_num should be a version older than 'dfe82cf73702'. I suggest querying the prior mailman database for the alembic_version.version_num value and setting that in the current database, assuming that that migration exists in mailman/database/alembic/versions/. It appears that out04.smtpout.orange.fr has bounced a list post from the <test(a)my-domain.org> list and and sent a DSN back to Mailman at <test-bounces(a)my-domain.org>. It is this DSN that has no Message-ID:. Mailman's LMTP runner rejects such messages. On the other hand, if the symlinks in the venv are to things like /usr/bin/python3 and /usr/lib/python3 which used to point to 3.6 versions and after upgrade point to 3.8 versions, it should just work. You could try one more thing in an attempt to duplicate this outside of Mailman. Invoke the same python3 that Mailman does - this may be in a venv or the system python3. If in a venv, you don't need to activate the venv, just run venv/bin/python. This cronjob looks like this: This is due the the change from Python 2.7 to Python 3. The existing search index is not compatible with Python 3 whoosh.
