Regarding your psycopg2 issue, it was apparently fixed when you upgraded from 2.8.6 to 2.9.9. Presumably you got 2.8.6 with the command ``` (venv)$ pip install wheel mailman psycopg2-binary\<2.9 ``` shown at https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#installing-mail… Perhaps you didn't read the following paragraph which says in part "Currently Django>=2.2,<3.1 requires psycopg2-binary<2.9. See this issue. Later versions of Django will work with psycopg2-binary 2.9.x." That said, I don't know why there was an issue with psycopg2-binary=2.8.6. Examine the messages in the spool with `mailman qfile var/archive/hyperkitty/spool/filename`. If any files throw exceptions on that, move them aside. Also, if you can see any 4-byte utf-8 encodings in the output, move that aside as well. Everything works here, but last week I had this error That error results from having two users with email addresses that differ only in case. This could occur with older versions of Django-allauth.
