These are messages that were queued in some queue, but now can't be dequeued after a few retries. In your case, this is probably due to permissions because of incorrect ownership. Examine the files with `mailman qfile`. If you don't want to continue processing the message, just remove the file. All of that is expected. import21 sets a members Moderation Action based on the Mailman 2.1 list settings and members moderation. Do you have api_key: set in mailman3-hyperkitty.conf and is it set to the same value modulo quotes as MAILMAN_ARCHIVER_KEY in your Django settings. Managing them via Postorius first requires updating the REST API to read and set the topic attributes and then updating Postorius to display/set them.
