If you grep Mailman's mailman.log for `bounces` I suspect you will see that it has died and not restarted. You may or may not find additional information in the log as to why it died, but in any case restarting Mailman should start everything again. I suspect that the issue may be nginx not forwarding the Authorization: header from mailman_hyperkitty. Your nginx config posted at https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/message… seems a bit off. If you compare that to https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#nginx-configura… you'll see you are missing a `location /static/` directive and you've included `proxy_hide_header upgrade;`. I'm not sure why you have this. However, I would not proceed in that way.
