Also, /opt/mailman/venv/bin/python is probably a symlink to some system python file which may no longer exist or may be a version other than Python 3.9. Does /opt/mailman/venv/bin/python invoke Python 3.9? If not, is there a Python 3.9 anywhere on your system?
