Several servers I'm involved with managing are subscribed to Yahoo's feedback loop (go to https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster and select "Complaint Feedback Loop"). Reporting list mail as spam is one way to get quickly removed from a list. That code was merged on 14 Feb 2021 and is not in Postorius 1.3.4 which was released on 2 Feb. Removing the address from the > list doesn't help. The status returned by the MTA is retryable (401) so Mailman will retry at 15 minute intervals for 5 days and then give up. If you want to get rid of the message before the 5 days are up, it is in Mailman's var/queue/retry/ queue. If so, Mailman's character set for that language is iso-8859-13. If the list's preferred language is English, Mailman's character set for that language is us-ascii. You can set your global preferences via Postorius (select Mailman settings from the drop-down at the right of the top nav bar). These are the settings for the user that will apply if there is no applicable list-based or address-based setting. They are specific to the user. The defaults for these are defined in mailman/core/constants.py.
