It isn't obvious, but generally you want Action.defer rather than Action.accept. What you want in that field is the domain part of the email addresses that are used to send mail to Mailman. I.e. the list posting address and the various listname-*@ addresses. It doesn't matter if it's an actual A or MX domain or a CNAME as long as that's the domain you want to use. I don't see that `foo-list(a)example.com` is the name of the list for the HyperKitty archive only and `$var_prefix/archives/private/foo-list.mbox/foo-list.mbox` is the MM 2.1 mbox. If it is on another server, you'll have to contact them. Additional info. This was on lists.mailman3.org. There were some serious issues with the server on Saturday. All or parts of Mailman were down for several hours. Those issues have been addressed and a fix installed so the same thing won't happen in the future.
