The former indicates an issue in your web browser with accessing the `static` directory or an issue with the django admin collectstatic or compress commands. It is involved with every Postorius request, most of which seem to have no issues. It is only this one piece mailmancore/API ->database that seems to have an issue and only with this one DELETE FROM pendedkeyvalue WHERE pendedkeyvalue.id = XXX query.
