Well, I haven't tried this and I don't recommend it, but while the intent of settings.py is to assign values to various known attributes, it is a Python module which is imported and could contain any valid Python code including code to read, modify and rewrite .../site-packages/postorius/forms/list_forms.py. It could be modified to remove the Django and Mailman users whose only memberships are with role nonmember. I really would like to see one of these bounce messages, however from the OP, forward_unrecognized_bounces_to won't do it as the bounce was somehow recognized as a DSN albeit with strange addresses resulting in the Bounce message for a non subscriber log messages.
