I see these from time to time on this list, although I don't get the emails from Django, probably because I don't define EMAIL_HOST in Django's settings. The choices should be Accept, Reject and Discard. There should be no Ignore choice, but I'm guessing you see them in French where the translation of Discard is Ignorer.
