This issue with unobtainable templates and a misleading log message is <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/issues/514> and the logging is improved for the next release by <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/merge_requests/1362>. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. I couldn't get that to work either, as there is again some known issue between one of the django packages and another python package called 'six'. Actually this just came up (again) in another thread. See <https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/message…> The current stable release of Haystack is not compatible with Django >= 3.0. I think you mean "^.*$", but that won't work as being banned means you can't be added to the list by any means and you can't post. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. There are also good values in the MySQL database. Other API endpoints for users work fine (preferences, addresses, ...) In Mailman shell, have you done >>> um = getUtility(IUserManager) >>> usr = um.get_user_by_id('d5...94') >>> usr.preferred_address Where 'd5...94' is the full uuid from the mailman.log entries? -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B.
