When someone responds, I want the list to get a notification and or the person that is getting responded to. I don't understand. I am responding to your post. My response should go to you and all the other list members with delivery enabled. What are you asking for beyond that. If someone responds off list to you, Mailman never sees that response so there's nothing Mailman can do about it. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Both servers have different FQDNs. Any suggestions on what we can do? If lists on the old and new servers have the same posting address domain you have to configure the incoming MTA on the old (MM 2.1) server to relay mail for the migrated lists to the new server. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. There was already a pending subscription request from earlier for uuuuuuuu(a)outlook.com so this one was ignored. Go to https://whatever/mailman3/lists/llllllllllll@gmail.com/pending_confirmation and discard the request, then try again. -- Mark Sapiro <mark(a)msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. If you select “Discard (no notification)” from that dropdown and then click Discard, the current message will be discarded and future messages from that sender will be automatically discarded. However, the owner cannot fulfill his/her request like those under "Subscription requests" in Postorius. The owner have to remove the address manually as a workaround.
