The Spanish allauth message catalog is at <https://github.com/pennersr/django-allauth/tree/master/allauth/locale/es/LC…>. I suppose you could submit a pull request to update it. This is designed to support the MM 2.1 setting which accepted regexps, but it also supports non-regexp addresses.
