The default action for "Default antispam action" is "hold" but you can change that to "accept" by setting ``` jump_chain: accept ``` in the [antispam] section of mailman.cfg, however current Postorius offers "Accept immediately (bypass other rules)" as a choice for the Header Filters action. Yes, that doc really isn't appropriate for your purpose, but it's the only one I could find on Django sites. Most of what it talks about is for more complex situations than ours and whatever bits are relevant are already done in Postorius/HyperKitty. If it is, then increasing the worker out timeout setting for gunicorn should work. You tend to get such errors when doing an export of a large membership roster. This is the first time I have seen it related to a held message. I have this in my setup: mailman.cfg: [webservice] configuration: /opt/mailman/mm/gunicorn.cfg gunicorn.cfg: [gunicorn] workers = 4 timeout = 900 You will need to restart gunicorn after adjusting the timeout setting. -- Please let me know if you need further assistance. You can install mailman following https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html and keep your existing database(s) which will include all lists and memberships. The current released versions of Postorius include only emails in the csv export. This is fixed for the next release by https://gitlab.com/mailman/postorius/-/merge_requests/993 You can currently get a list of members with display names with the `mailman members` command.
