Hi Mark, Thanks for pointing out that this is a hyperkitty web error. I did run all the post-upgrades without errors. I have also tried upgrading hyperkitty with the command you are suggested but nothing has changed after.

Ok the alias on webserver is pointing to: Alias /mailman3/static /var/lib/mailman3/web/static no difference between the two directories of hyperkitty

I'm looking to fine tune the timeout settings here as well. We're seeing that if a list has more than a few messages held then trying to release them results in a timeout. The error "message not found" occurs. The page then needs to be refreshed to see the actual count of remaining messages. I'm considering the settings below for gunicorn.cfg [gunicorn] workers = 4 # No of seconds to wait before killing the worker processes. graceful_timeout = 600 # Timeout for the requests. timeout = 900

Thanks. You are correct. Things become normal when I change TIME_ZONE back to 'UTC'. It looks like it is the only way to have this held message part to work correctly at this moment. As I notice that the archive of this message is also showing the time in UTC to me when I mouse over on the time even I select Asia/Hong_Kong in my profile. But when I mouse over to yours, it shows 9:11pm.
