Well the first thing to check I think is the /opt/mailman/mm/logs/mailman.log to see if that holds any clues to the failure. Has anyone an idea why the described issue happens? The subscription request is shown in the pending approval subscription requests, but when accepting it a 404 Not found error is given. I can report that the above doesn't help. Neither does just making /usr/bin/python link to /usr/bin/python3.6 I still get errors in mailman-web.log pointing to 2.7 as shown in my previous mail.
