The database contains data for all lists, so backing up all lists would be a backup procedure for the database which depends on the database manager, i.e., sqlite, MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL. A procedure to backup/restore a single list would require a script to extract/restore the data for that list from the DB. Greetings Odhiambo, thanks for your response. I personally don't use Postorius, and I'm not even sure anyone on our team is using it. A quick search of all our repositories shows only a single mention, back in 2017. A member of my team uses hand-written Python scripts to do much of the configuration, which is why I'm slowly trying to convert everything over to using the REST API. As to your comment about not understanding my question. I basically want to add a domain to our Mailman installation, or to set a different primary for different environments, so that I can create mailing lists against those other domains. mydomain.com <- primary in production and local development staging.mydomain.dev <- I want this to become primary in our staging environment.

I modified my container to use Alpine 3.9 with Python 3.6 instead of Fedora 29 with Python 3.7. Still seeing the same issue, so it's not the distro or python. Thinking it must be something in one of my configs. I am not sure if this is exactly a bug in Hyperkitty. I am not able to replicate this with a extremely complicated test: Downloading a signature file in an email on lists.mailman3.org. It runs on gunicorn + Django 2.1.5 ( I think) and latest Git heads of respective projects. Is this a recurring or one time thing that you observed? Attachement processings questions

Hello, I got some questions about attachements in MM3 mailinglists and HyperKitty. Hard to find any real documentation about this in the huge load of links out there. Short: Debian Stretch system with MailMan 3.2.1-1 packages (Postorius 1.2.4, HyperKitty 1.2.2). In a mailinglist it seems some mails are not forwarded to a member, but is listed in archive in hyperkitty. That mail did include a PDF attachement, but HyperKitty does not list any attachement. All I found was "convert HTML to plaintext", but does this setting remove attachements? Is there any generel documentation about attachement processing in MM3? I would like this mailinglist to accept mails with attachements, send it to the members and archvie the attachments in HyperKitty, to. Any idea where to look? Thank you so far. Xapian error on RHEL9 - module 'xapian' has no attribute 'QueryParser'

Hi, I'm trying to set up Mailman 3 on a RHEL9 (unfortunately Debian/Ubuntu aren't options) and have been making some progress, but I'm having trouble getting Xapian to work. I first tried to install it using Method 1 (https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#set-up-xapian) however, xapian_wheel_builder.sh seems to just exit right as it starts "preparing xapian wheel...". I ended up installing Xapian 1.4.29 from source and symlinking xapian in the venv as per Method 2. When trying to search the archives the error below is generated. Has anyone else encountered this before?
