You configured postfix/exim directly to do rspamd filtering, or you configured mailman to do it? If the latter case (mailman), is it possible that affects acceptance logic? What if you remove rspamd and spam detection from the pipeline? [ that is mere speculation though ] Have you installed the latest versions of mm3, postorius, hyperkitty?

Question: as Admin, I disabled the self-registration via settings.py. What is the correct method to register a few new users now?

Disabled by line ACCOUNT_ADAPTER = 'django_mailman3.views.user_adapter.DisableSignupAdapter' (via https://gitlab.com/mailman/django-mailman3/-/merge_requests/129 ) When I want to register a few new users, I need to comment this line and restart mailmanweb. Question: is there a better method for admins to register a few new persons to Hyperkitty/Postorius so that they can act as owners and moderators of some of the lists?

Do you have a programmatic way to delete n ( n > 20) such entries in Postorius, e.g. via a python script + REST to loop through all lists and perhaps to exclude a few based on a small condition (like a text found in old template and/or list name)? This would be very helpful.

Disabling Mass operations

Hi All, Can anyone give me a pointer on disabling "Mass operations" (subscribe/removal) in Postorius. Just removing the menu link from the list-owners administration pages would be a good start. On "list-by-list" would be brilliant, but even server-wide would do the job. Cheers, Mark

To follow up on this. I was able to install all of these tools (postorius, hyperkitty, django-mailman3, etc.) through gitlab to run the latest version, but I'm hoping to get our instance to run on an official release, rather than directly from the master branch. Are there plans to have this in PyPI before Django 5.2 goes EOL next month? Thanks

Would it be preferred to have a section for "Install from Git Master" or a "Install development branch" section under Installation that addresses this? If so I can work to edit the site docs to make such sections. Integration with spamassassin?

Has anyone integrated Mailman3 with Spamassassin? What I'd like is a way for emails that I click 'discard' on in Postorius, to be submitted to the spamassassin Bayes classifier to make it more likely similar ones will be rejected in future at SMTP conversation time. Peter C

captcha for subscription and account registration forms

Dear all, in mailman installed in venv is there really no canonical way of integrating a captcha into postorius' subscription and account registration forms? We are increasingly getting hammered by spambots, and a captcha would seem like a simple and effective solution. Thanks for any suggestions! Johannes
