Postorius claims 2 messages held when there are none - out of sync

When I view a list via Postorius the "Held Messages" menu item has an inverse-red-"2" next to it, as if there are two held messages. There are, in fact, no messages in "/opt/mailman/mm/var/queue/*" (assuming the held messages should be in "pipeline" subdirectory). When I click on "Held Messages" I get "Something went wrong" followed by "HTTP Error 500: {"title": "500 Internal Server Error"}". How do I fix this?

Postorius and some CSS issue?

Happy New Year to you too all. MM3 installed today using the virtualenv method. On my testbench, I am having this strange issue where the Postorius is not displaying correctly perhaps because of some CSS issue - or just my own hangovers! I have used the standard method as documented. Postorius and some CSS issue?

Is the static directory where it belongs? Is the hierarchy readable by the webserver user (often www-data)? Also, this can happen when for some reason there are directories in the path to "static" that are not searchable by the WWW user. This could be because the directory should be group www-data but isn't, or because group or world mode is -x. Not sure why this happens, but it's happened to me more than once.

Postorius custom web forms?

Dear all, I am trying to understand how to replace a web template used by postorius by a custom version. I need to replace /accounts/signup by a version with a captcha (using django-simple-captcha) because my instance is being overrun by spambots. Can anyone point me to the correct instructions? I've tried to get instructions for chatgpt and co, but that's totally hopeless. Most of what they say is made up and doesn't work.. Cheers, thanks so much in advance, Johannes

Saving settings of non-members does not work

Postorius permissions granularity

Hi, Is there a way to have more granular permissions in Postorius than either User or Superuser? The user permissions that are configurable under /admin/auth/user/ do not seem to have any effect. We have a helpdesk team that would benefit from being able to access all list pages in the same way as a Superuser, but without the ability to accidentally delete the mail domain for example.
