I'm not sure what you are looking at, but when you receive that message, it means the user's Delivery status has been set to Disabled by Bounces and the user will be sent `Bounce disable warnings` (default 3) warnings at intervals of `Bounce disabled warnings interval` (default 7 days) and if nothing is done the user will then be removed from the list. The notice you received, at least since Mailman 3.3.5, should contain a copy of the bounce DSN so you can determine if this user's address is actually undeliverable. Settings that control this are in the Postorius admin UI under Bounce Processing. Mark, Thank You for your guidance. Yes, seems my installed mailman3 package is not full. I have tried to install it on my Debian 9, but I got package broken error and all possible proposals how to fix it did not help. But it is normal - official OS version 9 has no this package included. Then I have decided to play on another machine where is installed Debian 10. I have successfully installed mailman3-full. It already came pre-configured with keys included. Mailman3-web packige was something new for me. I understand it replaces mailman- suite, but like I did not find where to read about it, I did not find how to open the administration or postorius site. Isn't that the same thing as not having them in the FS? I read (and asked questions about) templates almost 10x before I got to understand the locations and how MM uses them. It's not easy to understand the ones in the FS while the ones in the DB are easy. Then again, one needs to know that Postorius only writes to the DB. I'm pretty sure you would save up to 1.5GB by switching to gunicorn vs the uwsgi configuration you have. But the uswgi project has acquired functionality the way systemd has over the last few years. It seems likely that you could configure it to save a lot of memory by removing functionality you don't use. Not sure whether than involves recompiling or just disabling unused plugins, I'm not really familiar with uwsgi, since even for the largest instances I've seen gunicorn is sufficiently performant and secure. The MySQL footprint also seems a bit high. but not insane, my PostgreSQL weighs in at about 1.2GB-1.5GB. Mailman 3 doesn't really need to know the street address of a mailman list user so I doubt you will ever see such functionality added to Mailman 3 core. Keep in mind that Mailman 3's REST API is only accessible locally. So to access Mailman 3's REST API from another server is not remotely possible.
