The List-Unsubscribe: header is added in the handler pipeline by mailman/handlers/rfc_2369.py. At his point in the process the message is still generic so the header can't be personalized. Opinions wanted.

There is currently a merge request at <https://gitlab.com/mailman/django-mailman3/-/merge_requests/345> to hide the "Results per page:" dropdown from some Postorius and HyperKitty pages when the full list of items (lists) is on the page. I.e. when the number of items is <=10 and the "Results per page:" is the default 10, don't display the dropdown. However there is some controversy over whether this should also apply say when the number of items is > 10 but still is on one page. So the question is if we are going to hide the dropdown when "Results per page:" is the default 10 and there are <= 10 items so all are on the page, should we also hide it when say "Results per page:" is 25 and there are 22 items all on the page. Your opinion on this is requested via a reply in this thread. Update: The above worked fine until MM3 informed a list owner of pending subscription requests, with a URL like this: https://lists.example.com/mailman/admindb/listname and that URL returned a 404 error. Adding a stanza for 'location /mailman/' to the nginx config above clears the 404 error, but Postorius returns "Page not found" with no entry in the web or MM3 logs, and a 200 OK in the Nginx logs. I think the URL is supposed to go to the list page in Postorius. How to configure this so that list owners and moderators get a valid URL for list management? Thanks! dn

I suggest if you want to use mailersend that in Postorius DMARC Mitigations you set DMARC mitigation action to Replace From: with list address and DMARC Mitigate unconditionally to yes. That will ensure all posts are From: the list address and will probably avoid the 'The from.email must be verified. Mark, There were no apparent permissions problems on templates. I was getting the ‘Cannot connect to SMTP server’ message in mailman.log. I did end up applying the patch to decorate.py and messages went through. I’ve since removed the patch, as I’m still looking for an answer and might as well let it queue up again. The only thing that is making me ponder at the moment is that the list owners setup a template for list:member:regular:footer in postorius. It appears that each list has a copy of that file. The modifications I see in postorius are not in their …/templates/list/<listname>/en/list:member:regular:footer.txt file. Are their modifications stored somewhere else and causing the problem? All I'm seeing in that table is id, message_id, message_id_hash, and path.
