Must every Moderator/Admin be member of a list to be able to use Postorius?

we're using debian/devuan with distribution-mailman3 and tried to add admin/mod for a list, but if logging in as this user, there's no item to manage the list at all. do we have to add this user as member of this list? (that wouldn't be nice, because the user doesn't want to get normal Mails from List, but only admin-Mails) regards omf

Thanks - may be on to something. The sources tab shows everything ok except for /mailman3/static/postorius/js/script.js for which it says "Unable to fetch script source" However the network tab shows it successfully retrieving it. /var/lib/mailman3/web/static/postorius/js/script.js exists and contains only comments

I figured it out. I thought everything was magic done by bootstrap. Instead, it's due to postorius navbar special tags. i.e. I had to change the list_nav tag at the top of the templates. Now I can have lots of fun. :)

Apache shows No Lists

Running Debian 11. I have 6 mailing lists, but Apache2 says there are no lists. I have not been able to set up Postorius because nowhere is any information on *where* the configuration file is supposed to be located. I have found an example in /usr/share/doc/python3-django-hyperkitty/examples/settings.py But I don't know if this example is the right one, and I have no idea where the final file should go...

Template URI gets written incorrectly

Hi, When I create a template, it writes the URI incorrectly into the template table in the mailman3 database and the list stops working. For example, it writes: http://localhost/mailman3/postorius/api/templates/list/markslist.lists.post… When I correct it like so, all is well: https://lists.postmark.io/mailman3/postorius/api/templates/list/markslist.l… Have I missed a config setting somewhere, or is this a bug with the older Debian Mailman 3.3.3 ? /Mark

username

Where is the username that a user uses to login on the postorius web page stored? I checked the postgres table public.user and while the display name is there, the username is not. I can't find it anywhere in the database.

Strange password problem

This happened several times recently with Postorius Version 1.3.8: -I try to log in as admin -rejected because of wrong password (password is stored in browser) -used forgotten password function -reset password to the stored value from browser -login works now. Works also when logged out/in again -however, the next day this behaviour repeats. Any hints?
