Mails for 1 specific mailinglist not being send and looping in out queue

For some reason, the mail for 1 specific mailinglist doesn't get distributed. It worked fine before, and no changes have been made.The mailman3 debug log shows that mailman keeps attempting to distribute the mail.The mailman3 error log show that there is a connection failure to port 25.A tcpdump however shows that there are *NO* further connection attempts on port 25 (postfix) to distribute this mail.Also after stopping and starting mailman3 again, no further connection attempts to the mailserver (postfix) are being made for this mail.Using qfile, the pck file of this mail looks fine.
New emails on this specific mailinglist are not distributed either.For all other mailinglists on this server, and which are on the same domain, there are no problems.
Does anyone know how to get this mailinglist functioning properly again, and what is causing this issue?Below are the relevant extracts from the log files for the particular case.

Thanks Mark. I ended up just restoring the database from a backup.
One last question. One more question.
I'm testing a custom footer via the template creation tool in Postorius.
However my messages aren't being delivered when I have the template activated.
If I delete the template then suddenly my message goes through.
I see the out queue folder seems to have the message stuck.
The smtp.log is just filling up with the output below.

These mails keep looping for days in the out queue and are never shunted.
Looks to me as a serious bug.
Is there anything that can be done for this?
Note that the 29 other mailinglists are working fine.

For some reason, the mail for 1 specific mailinglist doesn't get distributed.

A tcpdump however shows that there are *NO* further connection attempts on port 25 (postfix) to distribute this mail.

Using qfile, the pck file of this mail looks fine.
New emails on this specific mailinglist are not distributed either.
For all other mailinglists on this server, and which are on the same domain, there are no problems.
Does anyone know how to get this mailinglist functioning properly again, and what is causing this issue?

I have just upgraded to 3.3.4 from 3.3.2 (via docker).
Do we need to do anything more than reset the delivery status? I am getting (seemingly) continual emails about bounces. I keep running the recipe in the link which resets everyone's delivery status. I've grep'd one member's address out of bounce.log (see below my signature).
Is it just catching up on old bounces?

Yes. Also, you can see the file_id, and the key is the URL the template
was retrieved from. The file_id is a 64 byte hex hash of the key and
points to the cached content. If the file_id is, e.g.,
e4ff6a68a78b7ca911d5b16271980fa0cb816938fa187ec0f62bae707e541de0, the
content it stored at

It is not clear to me why you have long expired entries in the
file_cache table. The task runner should have expunged those.

Postorius no connection to REST API

I've seen some similar problems, but have not yet found anything that would work for me.
I just installed Mailman3-full from debian stable repository (Mailman 3.2.1 to be precise). Mailman itself is working, also are all mailing lists imported from Mailman 2.1. But I just can not get the web interface of Postorius to work.
I did manage to get it running through apache2 after I figured out what I had to remove from the old site config and replace it with the stuff in the automatically created config. Upon loading the site, I was able to log in and verify the mail address, but it kept showing that it wasn't able to connect to the REST API.
I double and triple checked, that mailman-web.py and mailman-hyperkitty.cfg contain the same API key (api_key in hyperkitty and SECRET_KEY and MAILMAN_ARCHIVER_KEY in mailman web), but that didn't help. I also saw a recommendation, that it can cause problems, when the API key uses symbols like / so I switched it to _ in all three places, but that didn't help. The configuration for mailman, mailman-web and hyperkitty all are set to using https, switching them to http doesn't solve any of the problems.
Meanwhile, the site only shows "Internal Server Error" even though I did not change anything. But probably not that relevant while it can't be used either way. What I can provide on logs:

not sure where the Permission denied comes from/what permissions should be. /usr/share/mailman3-web/settings_local.py is a symlink owned by root to /etc/mailman3/mailman-web.py owned by list:list with 640 permission.
The apache2 error log contains nothing from the last restart of mailman3 and mailman3-web and trying to load the web page, the only interesting lines to the end of the log are

These entries don't tell anything about a post to the list. They are all
from Mailman's REST API relating to Postorius interactions with core.
However the absence of messages like

assuming you are looking at the correct time span, says there wasn't an

Can't deliver mails in queue

Hello,
I have stumbled upon some weird issues with my migration to mailman3..
I've followed the step by step instructions for installing mm3 manually
in a venv with postfix and virtual aliases (if that is of any significance).
Now the Problem is, that some lists don't deliver EMails at all. The
list was one which I migrated with the mailman21 command. But the Mail I
sent did not get through to no one and the mailman logs did not show
anything.
I then created a completely new List which did not exists in mm2.1,
subscribed two addresses and sent myself an EMail. That one worked as
intended. I then deleted the whole broken list and created it cleanly,
added the same two people, sent an email and nothing. Did not show up in
the Moderation Queue or anywhere. it also doesn't get shunted. It just
never arrives. I then turned the log level to debug on the smtp module.
And I only get the following statement, ever repeating, never ending:

Which also tells me nothing I can understand. I have no clue what's
going wrong. (I've turned on debugging both on the original member list
and the reduced member list. Both hang on the first delivery they do).
If I restart mailman, the message gets correctly shunted as it is
interrupted mid-delivery. My maillogs don't register any activity beside
the listpost. Any ideas what I need to do to figure out what's not
working here or where the culprit could be? Not sure if it is related to
the mailinglist being in mailman2.1 before.
