Hello,

is there any supported way to authenticate users against IMAP or Microsoft Active Directory?

As a workaround I thought about a OpenID-IMAP or OpenID-AD Bridge, are there any experiences?

Not by us. If Django socialauth supports it, then it can be done, but we aren't prepared to support it, we'll just tell you to go to Django for help.
