Header / Footer apear as attachements on Outlook / Office365

Trying to play with Header / Footer working OK on normal email clients, But on office they apear as attached txt files.
Any Idea ?

This is discussed in the FAQ article at <https://wiki.list.org/x/4030707>. While that is written for MM 2.1, it also applies to MM 3.
