I have a long time user that cannot access their profile. When I click on users/members then that user as superuser, I get this error.
Page not found
This page either doesn't exist, or it moved somewhere else.
When I click that uers manage button, the page comes up but it says there are no subscriptions. This user was subscribed as of couple of days ago. Can this be fixed via admin functions?

It appears you may have an older version of the Users->members page cached in your browser or somewhere.

It appears the user was somehow unsubscribed. Unfortunately, Mailman's subscribe.log (by default part of mailman.log) is incomplete. See https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman/-/issues/1143
This is fixed for the next release (3.3.11) but unless you've installed Mailman core from the head of the GitLab branch you don't have the fix. Even so, grepping Mailman's logs for the user's address may give a clue as to how the user was unsubscribed.
To re-subscribe the user, you can use Postorius Mass operations->Mass
subscribe or the command line mailman addmembers.
