I am struggling to find out why I do not see TEMPLATES in the Settings. When I first logged they were there. Many of them. Then, toying with the settings, they disappeared. I cannot find them now.

Originally i thought I would not list the mailing list but changed my mind. Likewise, archives are now listed as public. I am still thinking about that. In any case, I want to see if there are templates to allow me to change headers or footers in messages, such as give the address of the list.
