Neither do I, but you want to look in Mailman core's mailman.log and Django's log. mailman.log is in a directory with others including smtp.log and subscribe.log. If you don't know where to find that, look in the output from mailman conf. The first thing to look for is

[mailman] layout:

which will have a value like fhs, dev, here or local.

then look at

[paths.xxx] log_dir:

where xxx is the layout value, and if that includes $var_dir, look at

[paths.xxx] var_dir:

For the Django log look in settings_local.py and settings.py or whatever they're called in your case for

LOGGING['handlers']['file']['filename']
