Is there a interface for managing users?
I can use the data base directly to query auth_user
etcetera, but
Postorious?

What are you actually trying to do?
"managing users" doesn't tell me how to help you out. In general, it is not a good idea to change the internal database without using any of the public apis, unless you are just trying to read things.
If you are talking about web interface, then you can go to the admin
console /admin
on your installation and there should a list of users
and Email addresses there.
